Elizabeth B. Lamont, MD, MS
Assistant Professor of Medicine
Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center and Harvard Medical School

Dr. Lamont is a medical oncologist and health services researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Her research focuses on how non-malignant factors play a role in development, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. Within this agenda, she has particular interest in the use of large administrative data sets to examine the importance of patient demographic factors, medical comorbidity, and referral patterns on two broad areas: cancer in the elderly and cancer care at the end of life.
